I thought my wife had everything Amy Brown had graced with a fairy...but I happened upon this item when I searched for Amy Brown. It's become something of a Christmas tradition around here that I get my wife something with Amy Brown on it. She's a huge fan of Amy Brown (even has a huge tattoo on her back of one of her fairies!) so this was the perfect addition, since she cooks a lot, and needs lots of places to set her spoons.
This spoon rest is just about the perfect size. It could have been slightly bigger, but it's fine. It also lays very flat. Most of the ones I've seen her use are noticeably deeper, with lots of curve to them. This one has a hole in the handle, so maybe it's meant to be a wall hanging instead? No, it's definitely advertised as a spoon rest. Oh, well, it wouldn't have prevented me from ordering it.
I'm very happy with it. I think she will like it. In fact, I'm sure she will.
It arrived quickly, packaged safely, and in perfect condition.
