Save energy with the steam canner! It uses only 3 pints of water which cuts preheating time by 50%! This canner is so simple - it takes the sweat out of home canning.Use like a water bath canner for high acid foods, and eliminate the heavy lifting. (This steam canner is not to be used instead of a pressure canner.) The cover doubles as a 15 qt. kettle or stockpot. Heavy gauge aluminum. 7-quart capacity.
